Two custom pizza peels are being made for Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar in North Carolina.
These peels measure in around 3/16 inch thick beveled down to 1/8 inch at the front edge for ease of working with the pizza's. The paddle portion is 11 inches wide by 30 inches long with a 16 inch handle for a total length of 46 inches.
They were made out of local birch and finished using a food grade mineral oil.
