Created using a local birch the paddle was 30 inches long with a 16 inch handle. The handle was tapered for ease of handling and was coated with a food grade mineral oil.

Custom Birch 18 Inch Pizza Peel Heading to New York

Custom Pizza peel headed to New York for a client as a present.  It was created using a local Birch and  had a 18 inch circle and 9 inch handle.

The front had a Lasered letter  C  and a  Lasered Cape Cod shape on back,
 with Here's to Summer! below it.
It was coated with a food grade mineral oil for protection.

Large Custom Pizza Peel For Las Vegas Planet Hollywood

Another custom pizza peel was made for Bally's in LasVegas.
It was created out of a local birch and measures in with a 3 foot handle and a 30 inch x 30 inch peel, making it over 5 foot long..

The extra back boards were added by client request to provide additional strength in the handling of the huge pizza's they are making.

Custom 36 Inch Pizza Peel

This custom pizza peel will be used in a wide narrow oven...therefore that is why it is different than most peels.
It was created using a local birch and  is 36 inches wide and 13 inches deep with a 18 inch handle.

Custom Pizza Peel for Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar

 This custom peel was created for Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar in Cary, North Carolina.

Through lots of steady use the original peel failed on a glue joint.  So....I am redesigning this peel to hopefully give it more strength and durability for this very busy pizza bar.  The peel is 30 inches long and 11 inches wide with a 16 inch handle. It is being made out of a local birch.  As you can see the handle is beveled for ease of handling.

The peel was created out of a solid board, re-sawed to correct thickness and then laminating the handle to bring it back to a stronger thickness.

Custom Pizza Peels for Ardsley Pizza in Westchester NY

Custom pizza peel created using walnut for the handle and mahogany for the sides of peel.  The peel was 30 inches x 30 inches with a 16 inch handle.

The handle was lasered with SLYCE because this peel will only be used for making slices of pizza.

This custom pizza peel is being created for a client in Poppi's Pizza Inc in Wynnewood, PA .   It is a 20 x 20 inch paddle with a 15 inch handle and was built out of birch. 
A food grade mineral oil was applied to protect the wood.

Custom 13 Inch Mahagany and Walnut Pizza Peel

This custom peel is being created for a client to give to her brother as a Christmas Gift.
It was created using walnut for the handle and mahogany for the sides and measured in with a 13 x 13 inch peel and was lasered engraved with her brothers business name.

This is an additional peel being created for them with some changes to make it easier to use.

It has a 11 x 30 inch paddle with an 16 inch handle. The change in the  handle was made to make the peel easier to handle.  I think it also makes it look unique
