Large Pizza Peel for Las Vegas

Custom peel in action....

These custom peels are being created for a 24 hour buffet in Las Vegas, so they must be created to withstand heat and continuous use.

 This paddle is 30 x 30 with 24 inch handle and local birch is used to make it.

The reinforcement pieces added to back to provide extra support for its 24 hour use...

Complete and ready for food grade mineral oil

 

Additional back supports being cut and shaped

Ready for scraping, sanding and shaping

Another Large Custom Pizza Peel For Las Vegas

Another large peel heading to Las Vegas...... these peels are being used to prepare pizza at a casino in Las Vegas.
They measure in at 30 inches x 30 inches with a three foot handle and are created using a local birch\.

Horizontal boards added per clients request to provide additional strength.
