Custom Walnut and Mahagany Pizza Peels

This pair of custom pizza peels were created as  Christmas presents for a client.  The handle and center is made out of hard walnut and the sides were made using mahogany

They measures in around 13 inches square with a 8 inch handle and were finished with a food grade mineral oil

Lorenzo and Sons Pizza places in Philadelphia, PA

Custom 30 inch pizza peel with lasered logo were requested by Joe at Lorenzo and Sons Pizza in Philadelphia.  It was created using native birch and has a 17 inch handle on top of the 30 inch peel.

The client wanted their logo lasered on the peels, but because of the size of the peels I had to come up with a way to do that. The solution was to laser the logo on a separate piece of wood and inlay it into the center of the peel.  This made the process longer than a normal peel.  However, I think they will be pleased with the results.

Finished peels drying with their coat of food grade mineral oil.

 These two additional peels are being made for Ardsley Pizza in Westchester NY.

They are 26 inch peels with a 16 inch handle and were made using a local birch

Custom Universial 30 Inch Pizza Peel

 This peel was created for a pizzeria to use as a universal peel.  The peel is approximately 30 inch x 30 inch peel with a 16 inch handle and was made out of a local Birch.


The circles are for laying out the dough for making 7, 10, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, and 28  inch pizza's

Finished and ready to ship .

 

The blue tape will be the border space around the 28 inch circle.
