Custom Two Person Anchor Cribbage Board

Custom cribbage board created out of dark walnut with the anchor being made out of hard maple and is

12 inches wide and 15 1/2 inches long..

The back board measured in at 16 inches wide and 18 1/2 inches long.  The anchor was attached on top of the walnut to help it stand out.

The lasered logo was chosen by the client and  reads as follows.


"You be the anchor that keeps my feet on the ground,

I'll be the wings that keep your heart in the clouds."

Custom Cribbage Board for Naval Academy Graduate

This custom cribbage board was created as a gift to someone graduating from the Naval academy and reporting for duty aboard a submarine.

It was created out of walnut and measured in at 9 inched long and 7 inches wide.  The anchor and lettering were lasered into the board. A hand rubbed polyurethane was used for the finish.

Hand rubbed polyurethane has been applied.

Had to choose different anchor, the first anchor would not burn properly.

Custom Three Person Walnut Cribbage Board

This personalized three person walnut cribbage was created as a family Christmas present.  It is 17 inches long, 7 inches wide and 2 inches thick.
Storage slot was created on back for the custom metal pegs.

It is hard to tell from this photo, but the family name was laser engraved.

Custom Two person Maple and Walnut Cribbage Board

This custom two person cribbage board has headed to Birmingham, Alabama as a gift for Christmas.
It was made out of maple with a walnut strip and measures in around 8 inches wide and 16 inches long.
The client chose the laser engraving on the walnut strip "War Eagle".
I was able to find some maple that had the chocolate color the client wanted.  It really turned out nice.

Custom Interlocking Wedding Rings Cribbage Board

Using the interlocking wedding rings image somehow being incorporated in the design was the idea of this client from Minnesota. It all started with the below photo she shared with me. I took it from there and I think the end result came out well.  This board will be given as a wedding present to her new husband on their wedding day.

This custom two person box style cribbage board was created of dark walnut and measured in at 18 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 2 1/2 inches thick.  Inside the bottom section I created storage pockets for stowing the custom pegs and cards along with a personal lasered quote.

This awesome cribbage board is now on its way to its new home in time for their big day. Best of wishes and 29's to this lucky couple.
