Custom Four Person Box Style Cribbage Board

Using the scaled down version of my large box cribbage boards here is a box style board created for the season.  It can be yours for Christmas or a special present for that loved one, place your order now this one will go fast.

This board was created out of  Maple and measures in at around  22 inches long, 8 inches wide and 2 3/8 inches thick.

It is a four person board and comes with custom metal standard size 1/8 inch pegs and a deck of cards. Each track is separated by a routed line to make it easy for players to stay on their own track.  A hand rubbed polyurethane finish has been applied to protect the board.

Custom Three Person Snow Mobile Cribbage Board

This design request came from someone in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, Canada. The love for cribbage and riding snow mobiles generated the idea for this present.
It was created out of red oak and measured in around 22 inches long and 9 inches wide.
Laser engraving was done in the bottom right corner.

Custom Sloop Cribbage Board.

This request came in from a client in Massachusetts and it is sailing away to its home port.  The idea was started during a vacation last summer for the client and she thought it would be the perfect Christmas gift for her husband.
I was given a photo with very general specifications and asked "Can you create something like this?"  How can I say no to a challenge like that?
After narrowing down the type of sailboat; International One Design,   I created the shape design and I was off.

The boat measures in at 20 inches long 5 1/2 inches at the widest point and 2 1/2 inches deep.  The main deck is Dark Walnut and the two bottom layers are birch.
As you can see from the photos below, they were shaped, then glued together..then shaped further as was necessary.
This project was a really fun one to plan out and create.  I think it turned out very well.

SHOP STATUS

 Sorry for lack of posts....Santa has been very busy in the shop.......Have a bunch of projects to put up once they are finished and shipped.  It will be worth the wait.

Custom Thomas the Train Table

Another young man will have many fun times playing on his new Thomas the Train table this Christmas. 
Constructed out of pine, the table stands 18 inches off the floor.  The playing surface measures 32 inches wide by 48 inches long and is made out of 1/4 MDF.

Custom Hard Maple Cutting Board Slide Out With Oak Pull

This large cutting board is on its way to Vacaville, California to its new home. This client is doing a major redo in his house. After working on updating the cabinets in the kitchen, he decided to also do the cutting board slideouts. During a google search he found me and placed this order.

The board measures in at 1/2 inch thick x 25 inches wide x 23 7/16 inch deep and was made out of hard maple. The breadboard front of the board was made using red oak 1/2 inch thick. 1 1/2 inches wide and 27 inches long. The extra two inches was to keep the board from sliding into the slot. Both sides of the oak got finger grooves routed into them for ease of pulling it out during use.

Food grade mineral applied.

Custom Two person Maple and Walnut Cribbage Board

This custom two person cribbage board has headed to Birmingham, Alabama as a gift for Christmas.
It was made out of maple with a walnut strip and measures in around 8 inches wide and 16 inches long.
The client chose the laser engraving on the walnut strip "War Eagle".
I was able to find some maple that had the chocolate color the client wanted.  It really turned out nice.

Custom 18 Inch Pizza Peel

This peel was ordered by a client as a gift to friends opening a new pizzeria. http://www.hershspizza.com/

It is a 18 inch x 18 inch with a 22 inch handle. It is made our of a local birch and is 3/8 inch thick.

Peel is glued up and shaped except for the bottom curve.  I need a square end to put into the laser machine when we do the logo.

This is the logo we will laser onto the peel.

24 inch Custom Pizza Peel for Hawkyes New York Style Pizza

This custom pizza paddle was created for Anzipizza Pizzeria in Charlotte, North Carolina.
It was built using a local birch and has a 24 inch x 24 inch paddle with a 22" handle. 

This peel will make it much easier in creating their large pizza's.

Custom Three Person Cribbage Board - Thunderbirds

From Las Vegas, Nevada came the request for this design.  Initially the board was going to be smaller, however once I laid the three person track out and the design provided by the client it became a much larger board.

This custom board measures in 18 inches wide and 23 inches tall.  Cherry wood was the wood of choice.

Shape and lettering has been cut using a CNC Shopbot router system.
