This request of 100 peels came from the distribution center for
Singas Famous Pizza, a chain of Pizzerias in New York. This order will be split up in two orders of 50 each. They requested a sample of their lasered logo to see if they wanted to add it to the second half of the order.
The peels have a paddle of 8 inches wide and 18 inches long, with a handle of 38 inches. They were created using Birch and were coated with a food grade mineral oil.
I wanted the peel to all be consistent so the handles were cut using a CNC router system. Along that same line I built a jig to uniformly cut the bevels on the tip of the peels.
