These four custom pizza peels were made for and have been shipped to Gabriella's pizzeria in Smoketown, PA.
Two
of them are for making and placing the pizzas into the oven measuring in with a 22 inch paddle and 18 inch handle and the
smaller ones are for checking and removing the pizza measure in with a paddle of 14 x 12 inches and 24 inch handles.
They are being made out of a local birch and coated with a food grade mineral oil to protect and prolong the wood.
