This order for 36 custom cheese boards comes from Andaz at Fifth Avenue in New York City. They will be used as cheese boards in this up scale restaurant. I feel honored to be making a repeat order of boards for them.
They are being created using hard maple and will measure in at 10 inches long x 5 7/8 inches wide and 5/8 inch thick with four 3/8 inch risers on the bottom.
