The custom peels are headed to Pizzaiolo Bavaro in Tampa, Florida, which plans to open in January, 2009. Their progress went well and they turned out very nice.
The longer handle peel is 4 foot in length with a 12 inch paddle and the smaller one is 24 inches with a 12 inch paddle.
