Just got my AWESOME peel in the mail today. I am so dang impressed with your work. Puts the one I built to shame. You’ve obviously thought this through and your engineering and craftsmanship are simply outstanding. Thank you ever so much for the fine work. I am going to make good use with this.

Work has been completed on this custom peel and it was shipped to it's new owner. Hopefully we will soon have a photo of it being put to use.The peel was made to spec requested by the new owner. The paddle was 12 inches wide and around 24 inches long with a four foot handle.
This peel has been created and shaped. It is being sanded and almost to the finish stage and hope to be shipped soon.
Here is a photo of the oven it will be used in.
