Custom pizza peel created for
Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar in North Carolina
This is an additional peel being created for them with some changes to make it easier to use.
It has a 11 x 30 inch paddle with an 16 inch handle. The change in the handle was made to make the peel easier to handle. I think it also makes it look unique
